This is a great lab to introduce the concept of the What-If tool to ML professionals, but it definitely requires prior experience with ML and ML models to get the full value of the lab. For a learner to ML who isn't familiar with models, the lab is still easily completed, but the value of the tool is lost and the entire ending bit with the Jupyter Notebook may go over their heads.
