There's an extra step you now need to perform: adding in Google Apps Script via the G Suite Marketplace to allow the apps script add-on to run, but this may be part of the test that you need to find that?

This lab is missing a step. As written, when the user tries to install the development add-on, they will receive an error that "This developer add-on is restricted by policies within your organization." If they go to the admin panel - G Suite Marketplace - add a domain wide installation of Google Apps Script, this error will be resolve and the lab will work as expected. I THINK this is a relatively recent change which impacts high risk OAuth scopes.
