RDP steps not clear. Spark View is not available on windows. But windows does have an RDP. It should also mention that they have to input the public IP in other RDPs

It's not clear what values should be used for: 1. gcloud config set compute/region REGION; 2. gcloud config set compute/zone ZONE. Tried as provided with "REGION"/"ZONE", but at export PROJECT_ID=$(gcloud config get-value project) it says that it can't access locations/zone (or not exists).
